HOME INSPECTIONS FOR BUYERS OR SELLERS INCLUDES: The House Detective offers complete inspections of all readily accessible areas of the home, both inside and outside. This includes the grounds, foundation, basement, structure, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical service, attic, interior and exterior surfaces, chimney, roof, and much more. Once the inspection is complete, a computer-generated report of all of the defects—as well as the good points—is given to the client at the site. In addition, the client will receive a manual and guide to Home Maintenance. Summary reports are sent via email, fax, or the US Postal Service directly to the client and the client’s attorney within 24 hours. With the client's consent, a copy is also sent to the real estate agent.
COST: Studio and 1 Br co-op - $250.00 Single Family Home - $400.00 2 Family Home - $450.00
Termite inspection and report included at no additional cost. I am also licensed and certified to perform tests for Bio/Hazards such as mold, asbestos, lead, air and water quality.
